12v Adapter block to be able to convert the Air vent charger or any other usb-c or PD device to connect straight into the back of the radio wiring harness, or into the back of the cigarette lighter / USB panel wiring, rather than connecting via a USB-C cable visibly into a socket. This will make the installation much more appealing to the eye.
 
The adapter will come with two "Wago" Connectors, (Flip up lever connectors) for easy installation, simply cut the Ground cable behind the radio, connect both sides into the connector with the black cable going to the adapter, and cut the ignition live cable to the radio (Usually either Orange, Yellow or Red depending how your radio has been wired) and connect both sides of that into the connector with the red cable going to the adapter.
 
If connecting behind the cigarette lighter socket, you can connect like the following:
Black cable to Adapter - to brown cable behind Cigarette lighter panel
Red cable to Adapter - to black cable behind the Cigarette lighter panel
 
Please note, if you do not follow the instructions carefully and connect the opposite way round, it can make the adapter un-usable. If you require assistance, please contact me for help.
 
You may need to test or find out which one of your cables is for ignition live. If you dont know, the easiest option is to fit behind the cigarette lighter panel.
