Shipping Policy
All our products will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, we will aim to get them made, packaged and sent off by the next working day. Sometimes in busy periods this may not be possible, especially with custom items as there is a much longer process in the design and manufacturing.
Please allow up to 5-10 working days for your products to be sent in busy periods. You will get an email confirmation when it has been sent, and we will always inform you of any delays in the process.
We shall not be liable for any incorrect information entered when you place orders, Please make sure you check your details are correct, as there will be no refunds in this case.
Return & Exchange Policy
As much care has been taken as possible to reduce any damage during transit, but this cannot always be promised. Returns are accepted due to any defects or transit damage if returned within 14 days. Please use the contact us button and quote the order number and we will email you to organise you a replacement product. Please note; we do not accept refunds/returns for change of mind, only for damage.
